What are you going to do?

As a Searcher, it is your job to call engineers known to TRIUS to find out whether these engineers are available for the next step in their career. We do this with a view for a new job.

• You check the data of potential candidates by phone. This includes: name and address details, educational background and work experience;
• You make an inventory of whether the candidates are open to an interview with the TRIUS consultant and convince him or her of the usefulness of such an interview at our location;
• You are the link between the candidate and the consultant;
• You take care of the further administrative processing in our CRM system.

What is your talent?

Education and knowledge level:
As an engineer in the making, you follow a technical education at HBO or WO level.

Personal characteristics:
• Communicative;
• Commercial opportunistic;
• Curious;
• People-oriented;
• Humor.

We are a pragmatic and high-quality technical bureau for engineers. At TRIUS, people are central and partly due to our technical knowledge, we are good at what we do: finding the ideal match between the wishes, ambitions and qualities of the candidate and the job that fits.

The team in Zoetermeer consists of six enthusiastic and very experienced colleagues who are happy to help each other and make each other better.
